On 14 November 2013, Protech Supplies presented Ysgol Y Grango with a certificate and a voucher for £100.00 for their annual prize giving award. The award that Protech supported was for outstanding achievement in design and technology. The prize is designed to recognise and reward students for their efforts both academically and in a wider community sense. This year’s award was an exemplary individual and a true ambassador for her school and community.
The Deputy Head teacher told Protech that in the current climate funding is limited to reward students and sponsorships by organisations such as Protech are vitally important to enable recognition initiatives. Director David Dickenson commented ‘this is the second year Protech has sponsored this event and we are very proud to be involved in such a worthwhile cause’.

RECOGNITION & REWARD INITIATIVE – OCTOBER 2013
The October award for recognition and reward has been awarded to Wayne Evans – Well done Wayne!
Throughout October Wayne has performed to a high standard when carrying out his duties within the Sales Team. However, the reason why Wayne is worthy of this award is down to his courage and commitment to Protech Supplies Limited. Protech was coming to the end of an extremely busy exporting period, tensions were high and time was running out to load a large vehicle before the end of the day. Without any request for help, Wayne rolled up his sleeves and took charge of some very technical Fork Lift driving working late into the evening to ensure all items were loaded correctly; this was an excellent display of courage and commitment.
